Discovery Church is not just another big church. We are a small community of believers. As Christ followers, the Lord calls us to live out our lives in the context of the local church. Paul expressed this in Romans 12:4 when he wrote, “In this way we are like the various parts of a human body. Each part gets its meaning from the body as a whole, not the other way around. The body we are talking about is Christ’s body of chosen people. Each of us finds our meaning and function as a part of the body.” (MSG).

At Discovery, God has not called us to build small ministries, but to be leaders of a movement. We believe that this happens through being a part of strong ministry teams, reaching out to our community, and partnering together. By doing this, together we can change the world. The Dream Team is a volunteer movement that believes we can change the world through serving. Simply put, the Dream Team is our volunteer force that takes your purpose and passions to change the world around us.
