Discovery Women is a diverse community that embraces women of all ages, stages, and points in their faith journeys. Here, you're invited to join just as you are, fostering authentic friendships centered around Jesus Christ and His living Word.
Our mission is to live life together, showcasing our Christian identity through love that is united, gracious, and compassionate. Women’s Mentorship
At Discovery, mentorship part of the discipleship process designed for the ongoing support of those serving in ministry leadership. Taken from the example of the Apostle Paul from 1 Timothy 2:2: “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”
Within this verse we can see another level of investment that Timothy was to make into those in his church who were reliable (faithful), and able to teach others (lead in ministry).
At Discovery, the discipleship pathway looks like this:

- Step 4: Mentorship
Each of these steps have specific requirements and learning experiences that are essential to your character and Christ-like development.
