We have a relaxed and comfortable environment. You can dress casual or dress up, whatever your preference is, everyone is welcome! Our amazing Dream Team will be all smiles and ready to help you find a parking space, get your kids connected, and find you a seat in the worship center! Coffee & donuts are available every Sunday.
Worship is powerful, with great music, lights, and most important an opportunity to have an encounter with God. Pastor Jason will deliver an inspiring, Bible-based message, with practical steps that you can apply and experience real life-change!

Discovery Worship
Worship is a big part of our Sunday experience! We’ll sing some songs, and celebrate together. You can experience the power of God’s presence and have a life-changing encounter during worship at Discovery!
Discovery Kids
Your kids will have an amazing experience with lots of fun, games, worship, and a lesson at their level! Discovery Kids is for kindergarten – 5th grade and available for all services. Nursery care is available too!

Discovery Church is located at 7103 White Lane. Bakersfield, CA 93309. We are approximately 2 hrs north of Los Angeles, CA.

We have 4 Sunday worship experiences available to attend.
8:00 AM – 9:45 AM – 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM. We are available online as well every Sunday at 9:45 AM PST
Yes! Discovery Kids has an amazing experience planned every week for your kiddos, including worship, a lesson, and lots of fun activities! Discovery Kids is for Kindergarten – 5th grade and we have nursery care available as well.
You can join us live online on Sundays at 9:45 AM PST. The service will be available on our website, YouTube, & Facebook. Service is available On-Demand the rest of the day and you can find past sermons on our Messages & YouTube pages.

Discovery is made up of people who come from a variety of faiths, ethnicities, & socioeconomic backgrounds. We always point to Jesus as the Way, the Truth, & Life but want you to know that you can belong before you believe!
