Lead Pastor Jason Hanash
Pastor Jason Hanash had a vision for a different kind of Church, one that is life-giving and reaches the hurting, lost, and homeless. 8 years ago Pastor Jason started Discovery Church in a small living with several people in attendance. Today, Discovery Church reaches thousands of people on a weekly basis through our Sunday and Online Services. He believes what God has done in the past 8 years at Discovery Church is only the beginning!
Lead Pastor Veronica Hanash
Always standing with her husband Jason, Pastor Veronica Hanash believes in the heart and vision of Discovery Church. She has compassion for the hurting and homeless, and in connection with the Dream Center L.A., started Bakersfield's Dream Center branch. The Dream Center feeds and provides services to hundreds of different families and individuals on a weekly basis. Pastor Veronica is the Chief Strategist here at Discovery and leads teams and people with love, clarity, and boldness.
Worship Pastor Brennan Lamar
Worship Pastor Brennan Lamar joined Pastor Jason Hanash in his endeavor to start up Discovery Church! Before getting behind Jason's vision for Discovery, Brennan Lamar has always had a passion for music. His heart here at Discovery Church is to connect God's people to His Presence through an amazing and authentic worship experience. Every week, he has the privilege of preparing the hearts of God's people through worship to receive God's word from Pastor Jason. The Best Is Yet To Come!
