Discovery Partners

Level 1: Coaching

Discovery Pastors will provide leadership, pastoral, and/or ministry coaching. This is a 6 month commitment and includes a monthly coaching call, a health assessment, 2 on site coaching sessions with the team, and a ministry plan.

Level 2: Discovery Network

If you don’t just want coaching, but a family to belong to, then this is your option. By joining the family of Discovery, you get all the benefits of the first coaching option, plus you will have access to Discovery documents, systems, graphics and files, sermon notes, and curriculum (adult, youth, and children). You will also get coaching and support from Discovery Pastors in Worship, Production, Creative/Communications, Youth, Children, Small Groups, and Administration. Network Churches also receive Seasonal Strategy Planning support and Annual Vision Planning with Pastor Jason and the Discovery Executive Team. 

1 Year Commitment

Cost: 10% of all undesignated tithes/offering 

Level 3: Discovery Campus

The third option would be making Pastor Jason your Lead Pastor and adopting the vision and DNA of Discovery Church. Discovery’s leadership would assume responsibilities of the church and focus on Church health, growth, and reaching the community for Jesus in our community. Since you are renting a facility, this could afford you the option of using Discovery Church facilities while we grow the campus.
