Discovery College, in partnership with Vanguard University host an instructional site on the church campus, and offers students affordable degree programs. During your time at Discovery College, you will not only gain practical ministry experience at Discovery Church, but you will also have the opportunity to pursue a degree from Vanguard University.
Our ministry practicums are what set Discovery College apart from your average college experience. Here, you will receive hands on ministry training and leadership development from one of the fastest growing churches in the nation. By building a solid biblical foundation combined with exciting leadership and ministry training with lots of hands-on opportunities to put what you learn into practice, this course sets you up to make a real difference in ministry and life.
Student Schedule
The day-to-day schedules are set up in a way to ensure the greatest achievable growth in the life of Discovery College students. Students have a weekly Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday schedule. Discovery College aims to not only equip students through higher education, but also through practical ministry experience.
Throughout the semester, Discovery College Students will participate in: hands on ministry within their selected ministry practicum, study hours, weekly outreaches, Discovery Staff chapels, mission trips, and Discovery College Family Nights.

As part of our ministry training program, Discovery College students choose and serve in one of seven different practicum areas where they explore their passions and hone their talents in the living laboratory of Discovery Church.
